Haiyan Mengling Car Fittings Co., Ltd., founded in the mid-1980s, is located in Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone—Haiyan County, Jiaxing, with an area of 22,000m2, a building area of 16,600m2, and over 200 employees.

Our company features cold, warm and hot forging and mechanical cutting and is engaged in production of starter generator accessories, special-shaped cold extruded parts and automobile pipeline connectors. Our products mainly include starter magnetic switch housing, fixed iron core, moving iron core, claw-type generator, belt pulley, special-shaped cold extruded parts, pipe fittings, etc. and are widely applied to various hydraulic pneumatic pipes of automobile and engineering machinery as well as various starter generators and automobile chassis. The ANSI and BS hydraulic pipe fittings are exported to many countries and regions such as Europe, America, etc. 50% of magnetic switch parts are exported to Japan, Germany and India. Furthermore, our products are used by world-famous enterprises including Hitachi, Bosch, Lucas, etc.

Business Philosophy

The main production equipment includes 11 sets of 400-800T large-tonnage press machines, more than 20 sets of 35-300T small and medium-tonnage press machines, over 50 sets of CNC lathes, 2 sets of drilling and milling centers, 4 sets of vacuum nodulizing annealing furnaces, 12 sets of pit type annealing furnaces, one semi-automatic coating treatment line, more than 200 sets of cutting machines, etc., and the inspection equipment includes Burawoy optical hardness tester, digital measuring projector, metallographic microscope, three coordinate measuring machine, etc.

Our company establishes and carries out the quality management system according to the standard of ISO/TS16949:2002, guarantees effective operation and has been certified to AQA.
